Welcome to Douglas County's CitizenConnect 

 CitizenConnect allows remote after hours and convenient access to County information and requests for service.

When you use this system, your request will be forwarded immediately to the appropriate department/division for follow-up. You will also have the opportunity to create a personal account, which will allow you to track the progress of your request. Just follow the link below to begin entering a request. Users are encouraged to view the frequently asked questions section prior to submitting a request.

CitizenConnect will be monitored by staff during regular business hours only.  Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Douglas County Offices are closed on most standard holidays.
Staff is also available to serve your needs in person during normal business hours.

If you need to report a health or safety emergency, please dial 9-1-1 to reach an emergency professional.
