Clerk and Recorder (Elected Office)
The Clerk and Recorder is the Chief Election Official of the County, serves
as an agent of the State for motor vehicle titling and licensing, is the ex-officio

Colorado State University (CSU) Extension Office
The CSU Extension Office in Douglas County provides research-based information and education to the public in response to local, state and national issues affecting individuals, youth, families, agricultural enterprises, and communities of Colorado. Information available includes a broad spectrum of topics such as parenting, weed management, soil testing, water resources, gardening, the Master Gardener Program, nutrition, cooking entomology, small acreage, after-school programming, and 4-H youth clubs. The Extension Office has nine employees who work in the 4-H Youth Development Program, Agriculture and Natural Resources, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Horticulture.
