Create Your Own Reports
The Assessor's Office now provides public access to a large selection of common data elements for self-service reporting to meet almost any parameter you require at no cost. This data is updated daily and can be downloaded in CSV or Excel format for further sorting and data manipulation. To create a query and download data, follow this link to our Query Writer Application. Instructions for using this application and a glossary of terms are available at this site. If your required data isn't available in this application, you may telephone our office and request a custom report as described below.
Custom Reports
The Assessor's Office can create reports from the assessment data to meet almost any need. Prepayment is required and all reports are completed on a first come, first served basis as staff time permits.
Hard Copy Reports
$50 per hour with a minimum one hour charge, plus ten cents per page for each page after the first five.
Electronic Media
$50 per hour with a minimum one hour charge, plus $10.00 per disk or CD. No media charge for reports that are delivered by e-mail. Electronic media can be provided in the following formats: txt, dba, xls or pdf. Please ask in advance if you have special needs.
Data Requests
Digital Data Files
These are tab-delimited files and can be used in Access or similar database programs to manipulate the data and produce reports. These are static files, but are updated after significant events in the assessment calendar. Date of information is noted at the top of the page. See the link below for further information and to download these digital data files.
Parcel Maps
Current .pdf files of individual section maps, organized by township, are available on the link below. These are updated as changes are made to the assessor parcel layer and are kept current. Use the zoom option on the section/township/range map to find the area required, then click on the appropriate section.
