Jill RepellaCommissioner
jrepella@douglas.co.us Jill Repella was elected as a Douglas County Commissioner in November of 2008. As a fifth generation Colorado native and a resident of Highlands Ranch since 1994, she comes from a long line of proud Colorado citizens. Jill has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Architectural Design, Construction, Project Management and Business with more than 12 years professional experience in commercial space planning and architecture and is determined to bring this private-sector industry perspective into Douglas County in an effort to improve internal process which will support a strong partnership with the business community. Among the policy priorities about which Jill has the most passion and commitment is economic development. She believes it is a fundamental role of government to facilitate and maintain a fertile environment for business – an environment in which jobs can be created that will in turn create economic well-being and quality of life for the County’s citizens. She received her Masters of Professional Studies, Organizational Leadership and Executive Leadership from the University of Denver; attended the University of Colorado at Denver, School of Architecture and received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and Industrial Construction Management from Colorado State University. |

Doug DeBordCounty Manager
ddebord@douglas.co.us Douglas DeBord has been an employee of Douglas County since 1995. He was named Deputy County Manager in 1997, Interim County Manager in August 1998. He is responsible for the day-to-day administration of county government. DeBord has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado. Prior to his employment with Douglas County, he worked for the Colorado State Auditor’s Office and served as a Management Intern with the City of Montrose and the Town of Monument. He is a member of the International City/County Management Association. |
