Woody Pastorius has spent over 20 years in the information technology industry, and is a proven builder of multi-million dollar businesses in various stages of growth. Prior to joining mywedding.com, Woody has held executive roles in several technology companies, including Chief Executive Officer at HEALTHeCAREERS Network, North America’s largest healthcare online job board; President and Chief Operating Officer at Infotrieve, where he transformed the company from document delivery business to a global provider of content management technology and information services for the life sciences and other R&D-intensive industries; Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Information Officer at Thomson Learning’s Gale Group, a Thomson Corporation, a world leader in e-research and educational publishing; and held several senior roles at First Data Corporation, including founding the country’s first online employment application screening business, First Data Screening Services.
Mr. Pastorius received his B.A. from Colorado State University and M.B.A. from the New York Institute of Technology – Old Westbury. Mr. Pastorius joined Viridian Investment Partner’s new portfolio company, MyWedding, LLC, www.mywedding.com, last year as their Chief Executive Officer.
