County residents living and working in the southern areas of Douglas County can renew their driver’s license, change their address and get a Colorado ID at Douglas County’s new Driver’s License Office in Castle Rock. The Castle Rock Driver’s License Office will not issue new driver’s licenses, learner’s permits or driver’s tests. Citizens will need to visit the Parker or Littleton facility for these services.
