Driver's License Renewals
Cost: $21, add $2 if renewal includes a Motorcycle Endorsement

Permit To License
Permit to license is where a person with a learner's permit gets a Driver's License. Please note that this location does not provide driver's tests or issue learner's permits. For a full list of Full Service Driver's License Offices that provide these services.
Cost: $21
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Parent on birth certificate or legal guardian to sign affidavit of identity
- If you are between the ages of 15-15 and 6 months you must have completed 30 hours drivers education course and the 6 hours behind-the-wheel training with an instructor before applying for your permit
- If you are 15 and 6 months to 16 you can do either the 30 hour course or 4hour classroom driver awareness program before applying for the permit
- If you are 16 and up there are no requirements prior to applying for your permit
- You can visit, www.colorado.gov/revenue/dmv for approved courses and driving schools
- Must have previously passed a driver's test
- Must have been previously issued a learner's permit
- Must be able to document the following:
- Proof of physical address
- Full legal name and identity
- Age
- Lawful presence in the United States
- See list of acceptable document
Duplicate License or Permit
Persons under 21 years old may get duplicate copies of their Driver's License or Permit.
Cost: $10 for the first, $16.50 for the second (County Fee for Duplicate License is $2.50)

Replacement of Driver's License
Persons 21 or older can get replacement copies of their Driver's License.
Cost: $21, add $2 if license had a motorcycle endorsement

Add New Motorcycle Endorsement to Existing License
This location does not offer motorcycle testing. For a full list of Full Service Driver's License Offices that provide this service.
Cost: $26 ($21 for the renewal and $5 to add the endorsement)

Out Of State Transfers
A person new to the State of Colorado can have their Driver's License from their previous state of residence transferred to Colorado.
Cost: $21, $2 additional if out-of-state license has a motorcycle endorsement
Requirements:
- Driver's License from previous state
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Must be able to document the following:
- Proof of Address
- Full legal name and identity (Your full middle name has to be spelled out on previous driver's license unless you bring in an original or certified copy State or County birth certificate or a Passport)
- Age
- Lawful presence in the United States
- If you are moving from Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah or Washington, you will need to bring in proof of lawful presence: original or certified copy State or County birth certificate, Passport or non-laminated Social Security Card.

ID Cards
A person of any age can have an Identification card instead of a Driver's License. An identification card does not permit a person to drive a vehicle.
Cost: $15.50 (County fee for ID Cards is $5)

Name & Address Changes
Cost: $21 per change
Requirements:
- Change name with the Social Security Office at least 24 hours prior to coming to a Driver's License Office
- For name changes, original or certified name change document is required
- Marriage License
- Divorce Decree
- Court Ordered Name Change
- Must be able to document the following:
- Proof of Address
- Full legal name and identity
- Age
- Lawful presence in the United States
