Parker Water and Sanitation District Recall Election
The Parker Water and Sanitation District recall election will be conducted by mail ballot. Registered voters within the taxation boundaries of the Parker Water and Sanitation District should receive the recall election ballot in the mail between November 24 and 27, 2009. Ballots must received by Clerk & Recorder's office by 7:00 pm on Election night.
The Douglas County Clerk and Recorder is the court Designated Election Official for this recall election. The conduct of this recall election is governed by Election Law (Title 1 of the C.R.S., Secretary of State Rules) and is being conducted in close cooperation with the Colorado Secretary of State.
