Online License Plate Renewal

You can renew your plates online by check or credit card. There is an additional admin fee beyond the normal registration fee. The administrative processing fee structure is further explained at www.colorado.gov/renewplates.

If your plates are expired, or will expire within the next 14 days, we do not recommend you use the online renewal option due to the time it will take to deliver your new tags by mail.

Note: If an emissions test is required on your vehicle, please wait 48 hours after the emissions test to renew online.

Motor Vehicle Change of Address

This online form allows Douglas County citizens to submit address changes for their motor vehicle registration. This form only applies to Douglas County residents. To change the address on a vehicle in another county, contact that county's Motor Vehicle department.
