Stormwater Management - Operation & Maintenance Manual / Templates

Below is the stormwater management facility operation and maintenance manual template and standard operating procedures (SOP) for extended detention basins, sand filter basins, and porous landscape detention facilities that are required in Sections 4.6 and 14.7, respectively, of the Douglas County Storm Drainage Design and Technical Criteria Manual. These templates allow the design engineer to enter required information in the highlighted spaces. The appropriate SOP(s) should then be attached with any additional information that the design engineer feels is appropriate.
