Our Mission
The focus of the Administration and ERP Division is to provide support for Douglas County's ERP software, as well as IT related activity throughout all Douglas County departments.
The support for the Douglas County ERP system includes:
- Application support and training for all modules of the ERP system.
- Planning, compiling requirements, designing, and integrating new development or custom changes to applications for the existing ERP system.
- Effectively implement changes and new development through appropriate testing, by providing timely services and excellent support to ensure a stable production environment.
- Maintain more than 400 custom objects integrated within the ERP system.
- Ensure that the ERP system is adequately aligned with the business needs of Douglas County users.
The Administration Division provides support through the following activities:
- Serves as a primary purchasing agent for all IT related hardware and software assets.
- Coordinates and maintains budget for all IT Divisions.
- Executes purchases for maintenance contracts and renewals on all hardware/software components and architecture.
