Provides clerical
support, asset acquisition and management, and contracts management for the
other IT divisions. This division also processes technology purchases for
the other County departments.
Application Development and Support supports the County by implementing and integrating software solutions to business needs. Our process allows us to architect, design, implement, and assure quality in a repeatable manner.

The Project Management Office focus is: "support the customer, while understanding and meeting the customer’s growing technology needs." The Project Management Office (PMO) staff provides ‘cradle to grave’ project management, business analysis, training, and customer/user support.
GIS is responsible for building and maintaining the layers of graphic data used by departments
to produce visual representations and analysis to support decision making.
The components of the County GIS are ground control, graphic and photographic
data, and retrieval mechanisms.
