2. OmniPark Planned Development (PD) 4th Amendment
   Project File ZR2011-019 - Joe Fowler, Chief Planner
   Request: Approval of a major amendment to the PD to establish within Planning Area 6B a maximum of 245 multi-family residential units on 6.28 acres; amend associated developer commitments, development, and design standards; and eliminate certain existing allowable uses.
   Location: The site is located within the north-central portion of Douglas County, directly north of Lincoln Avenue, west of and abutting Interstate 25, on both sides of Park Meadows Drive.
