Description:
Wood butter or ice cream churn, probably ice cream.
It is a wood barrel with 5 metal bands and wood slats of different widths. A decorative crank with wood handle is on one side and a matching rod on the opposite side. There are two holes of different sizes near the bottom of the barrel to let water flow from the inside. There are no interior pieces of the churn.
The lid is metal and wood with two metal carrying handles and a center bolt with decorative nut to secure some kind of mechanism. The letter 'J' is on the nut. The lid has one large hole and one small hole that is missing a screw.
