Staple remover, has a spring clip action. Silver-coated metal. Fair condition, moderate to heavy corrosion on handles; coating peeling off. When closed, one tip fits inside the other, both curved. On the handle ends are teeth probably used as forceps/pickups. Place of origin, Germany, on the inside of the handle.
