Description:
Driving collar for buggy or light wagon consists of two wooden hames reinformed along the outer edge with steel and fixed tp one another by leather straps on top and bottom. Well worn leather harness remnants are attached to the lower portion of each hame. On the upper portion of each hame additional leather remnants are attached to rings on each side.
