Bayou Gulch Open Space Plan [344KB]
This presentation was made during a public meeting held on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007 at the Colorado Horse Park to present the proposed plan for the 276-acre Bayou Gulch Open Space located south of Bayou Gulch Road at Highway 83. The plan provides for a license agreement between Douglas County and the Colorado Horse Park Inc (a non-profit foundation) for the continued use by the horse park for equestrian events, and to provide non-motorized public access to the open space.
