Trail Rating:  Easy to moderate; 500 feet of elevation gain on upper loop.

Trail Length:  Approximately 10 miles, including loop. Five miles from Greenland to Palmer Lake.

Trail Surface:  Crusher fines and natural surface.

Users:  Multi-use:  horses, mountain bikes, hiking; dogs must be on leash.

Amenities:  Group picnic shelter with covered hitch rails, horse trailer parking, water spigot, hitch rails, restroom, kiosk, and benches.

Location: South of Larkspur four miles and north of Palmer Lake in the Greenland Open Space. Take I-25 Exit 167, west ¼ mile and south ½ mile to Greenland trailhead. Accessible also from New Santa Fe Trail trailhead in Palmer Lake.
