A public meeting will be held on May 23, 2012 at 1:30 pm before the Board of County Commissioners to consider a proposed amendment to the “City of Aurora and Douglas County Intergovernmental Agreement and Agreement Between Gartrell Investments Company, LLC, DBC-Colorado Investments, LLC, and the City of Aurora and Douglas County.” The property that is the subject of this request is known generally as Rockinghorse development, located to the northwest, north and northeast of the intersection of Inspiration Drive and Woodland Trail. Its location is further described as north of the Ponderosa Hills subdivision, east of the Travois subdivision, and south and west of the Livengood Hills subdivision.
