NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

UPDATE: This item will be continued to a new hearing date of May 23, 2012 at 1:30 pm. (This is a change from the original date of May 22, 2012 as was provided in the mailed public notice provided to abutting property owners.)

A public meeting will be held on May 23, 2012 at 1:30 pm before the Board of County Commissioners to consider a proposed amendment to the “City of Aurora and Douglas County Intergovernmental Agreement and Agreement Between Gartrell Investments Company, LLC, DBC-Colorado Investments, LLC, and the City of Aurora and Douglas County.” The property that is the subject of this request is known generally as Rockinghorse development, located to the northwest, north and northeast of the intersection of Inspiration Drive and Woodland Trail. Its location is further described as north of the Ponderosa Hills subdivision, east of the Travois subdivision, and south and west of the Livengood Hills subdivision. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION

A public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission on May 21, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Third St., Castle Rock, CO, for approval of a Major Amendment to the OmniPark Planned Development to establish 245 multi-family residential dwelling units in Planning Area 6B. The site is located three-tenths of a mile north of the intersection of Park Meadows Drive, on the west side of Park Meadows Drive.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
