After receiving a Request for Redemption Amount form the Public Trustee, the lienor or the lienor's attorney shall prepare a statement that specifies all sums necessary to redeem including: The amount owing on the lien;
- The amount owing on the lien;
- Cost and expenses actually incurred which are permitted by C.R.S. 383-38-107, Non-qualified holders must provide the Public Trustee with receipts or invoices evidencing the costs and expenses incurred as either the holder of the Deed of Trust or the Certificate of Purchase.
- The interest rate and the per diem amount that shall accrue thereafter.
The statement shall be submitted to the Public Trustee no later than 13 days after the sale. A statement may be amended no later than two business days prior to the start of the redemption payoff period.
