OPPOSE Amendment 73: “Establish Income Tax Brackets and Raise Taxes for Education.” (See Item 2 on the Business Meeting Regular Agenda.)
OPPOSE Amendment 74: “Just Compensation for Reduction in Fair Market Value by Government Law or Regulation.” (See Item 3 on the Business Meeting Regular Agenda.)
OPPOSE Proposition 112: “Setback Requirement for Oil and Gas Development.” (See Item M on the Business Meeting Consent Agenda.)
SUPPORT Proposition 109: “Authorize Bonds for Transportation Projects.” (See Item 4 on the Business Meeting Regular Agenda.)
SUPPORT Amendment W: “Election Ballot Format for Judicial Elections.” ( See Item L on the Business Meeting Consent Agenda.)
Ballots are scheduled to be mailed the week of October 15, 2018.
