CCCAP is changing to work better for you!

The Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) is undergoing some changes that impact parents and providers.  The Point of Service (POS) device used by CCCAP parents to sign-in and sign-out is going away.  The State of Colorado Office of Early Childhood will replace POS machines with an Automated Tracking System (ATS) effective March 26, 2018.  Please read the special notes below and follow-up.

Action Items for Parents

  • You may only use the POS system through March 25, 2018. If you know you have any “make-up swipes” please complete them by March 25.
  • If you are a new CCCAP client, you will receive an email from the Attendance Tracking System once your care is approved. This email will have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and details about next steps.   The email with PIN link will expire after 24-hours so please respond immediately.  The PIN must be set-up in order to use ATS starting March 26.  You can reset your PIN at your provider facility, and you should not share this PIN with anyone including the provider.
  • If you are currently receiving CCCAP, you will receive an email from the Attendance Tracking System on March 22.
