Something pretty wonderful happens when government agencies, local non-profits, faith-based organizations, private sector service providers and just plain good people work together. A homeless person finds a home. A person with development disabilities finds he or she has far more abilities than disabilities. A child finds a safe place to stay. An older adult finds a ride to the grocery store. A troubled teen finds a purpose. And a community finds itself much better today than it was yesterday.
That’s the power of partnership.
