Eligibility to apply for the DDML grant begins with attendance at this workshop. Competitive DDML grants are awarded based on an evaluation of the completed applications submitted by the due date of May 15, 2019. Each organization may send up to two representatives to the workshop. To be eligible, organizations must attend a mandatory application workshop on April 9, 2019 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. The workshop will be held at the Douglas County Event Center, Conference Rooms, 500 Fairgrounds Road in Castle Rock.
Organizations may give a 5-10-minute informal presentation to discuss the grant proposal they intend to submit. As time is limited, a lottery drawing will determine which organizations will have the opportunity to present. The DDML Advisory Council members will be available to offer feedback and formulate questions. Attendees are encouraged to stay for the afternoon, regardless of your intention to present.
Lunch will be at noon and is provided at no cost to participants. Presentations will be scheduled between 12:30 and 4 p.m.. On the form below, indicate if you will stay for lunch and if you would like to give a presentation during the afternoon.
Complete the form below and submit to register for the workshop. A fillable PDF application form will be emailed to all attendees after the workshop. Use of the PDF form is required to be considered for funding.
