Election Day voter assistance available 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Voter Service and Polling Centers located throughout Douglas County are staffed to help you.

You wake up, realize it’s Nov. 5 – Election Day – and you need some assistance before you deliver your ballot today by 7 p.m.  Good to know that help is as close as a Voter Service and Polling Center (VSPC) in Douglas County. Find the location closest to you by visiting DouglasVotes.com

All registered voters, and those who wish to register on Election Day, may receive assistance at one of four centers located in Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and Parker.

Elections staff will help you register to vote and obtain your personalized ballot, provide assistance with your ballot or issue a replacement ballot, accept your voted ballot, and more.

Every Voter Service and Polling Center has designated ADA parking and is equipped with an ADA accessible voting machine and voting booth.

Voters with sight impairments have the option to listen to an audio ballot and use headphones on the ADA accessible voting machines. Voters who require additional forms of assistance may bring a person of their choosing to assist them in marking their ballot or request assistance from an election judge at the VSPC.

If you’re ready to deliver your voted ballot and don’t need staff assistance on Election Day, you may simply visit one of 17 convenient ballot drop box locations throughout Douglas County.

Be aware of the 7 p.m. Election Day ballot deadline. A postmark of Nov. 5 is not valid as the received date. Your ballot must have been placed in a designated ballot drop box by 7 p.m. on Election Day or you must be in line at a designated ballot drop box location or at a VSPC no later than the close of polls (7 p.m.) on Election Day, Nov 5.
