If you live in Douglas County, plan to vote in the Coordinated Election and need elections-related assistance, four conveniently located Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs) will be open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. beginning October 30 and each weekday until Election Day, Nov. 7. VSPCs will also be open on Saturday, Nov. 4 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Know the ballot deadline. Your ballot must be received by 7 p.m. on Nov. 7, Election Day. A postmark of Nov. 7 is not valid as the received date. Your ballot must have been placed in a designated ballot box by 7 p.m. on Election Day or you must be in line at a designated ballot drop-off location or a Voter Service and Polling Center no later than the close of polls (7 p.m.) on Election Day, Nov 7.

Nine conveniently located, ballot drop-off locations are available 24-hours a day until Election Day, Tuesday, November 7 at 7 p.m. An additional tenth location is new this year at the Roxborough Library and open during library business hours (Monday–Thursday 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; and Sunday from Noon – 5 p.m.) now through November 6, and on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 7 from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
