Sedalia CMP and Zoning Outreach


March 16, 2020 – No community meetings are scheduled at this time.
Future community meetings will be scheduled at a later date.

Feb. 26, 2020 – County Staff held a community meeting with Sedalia residents on Feb. 26, 2020 at the Sedalia Elementary School to discuss the topic of traffic and infrastructure.  Matt Williams, Assistant Director of Development and Stormwater Management, and Kathie Haire, Principal Traffic Engineer provided a presentation and facilitated a question and answer session with the community.  Sergeant Brian Cogil of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office assisted with community questions related to speed enforcement.  Other topics of discussion included existing traffic conditions in Sedalia, stormwater drainage, regional traffic and the 2040 County Transportation Master Plan, and long-range traffic and infrastructure improvements.
