Light rail service on the Regional Transportation District’s E and R lines will be affected for 24 hours next weekend by construction work on the Southeast Rail Extension and the Colorado Department of Transportation’s C-470 Express Lanes projects in Lone Tree.
Train riders should plan for additional travel time between Lincoln and Dry Creek Stations.
Construction work will affect service from 4 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 11 through 4 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12 – the E, F and R lines will be powered down due to high voltage and proximity to construction crews. Bus shuttles will serve passengers in place of rail service at Lincoln and County Line stations.
Bus shuttles will be departing every 15 minutes from Lincoln Station Gate E, County Line Station Gate C, and Dry Creek Station Gate B. Travel time between Dry Creek and Lincoln Stations will be approximately 20 minutes.
Bus shuttle schedules are as follows:
E and R lines (The F Line is weekday only)
- Northbound departures from Lincoln Station every 15 minutes from from 4:47 a.m. , Sunday, November 11 at 4:47 a.m. until 1:02 a.m., Monday, November 12.
- Southbound departures from Dry Creek Station every 15 minutes from 4:26 a.m. Sunday, November 11 until 1:11 a.m., Monday, November 12.
- Dry Creek Station / Gate B
- County Line Station / Gate C
- Lincoln Station / Gate E
