Description:
Black cardboard kit holding tools for a hand-held vibrating massage unit, electric, silver colored machine with a black hard rubber molded handle. The attached cord is fabric-covered and badly frayed in one area with a 2-prong plug. It has five (5) separate attachments, three are cream-colored molded rubber, two are black molded rubber. Each has a threaded piece for attachment to the machine. These are inserted in metal rimmed holes in the silk lining of the bottom compartment along with the machine. The silk is faded purple and attached to a cardboard holder. A blank Statement of Account paper is in the box, from the time Dr. Alexander was practicing in Ft. Collins, CO. The lid of the box is also lined with the faded purple silk and has a red ribbon diagonally across the lid. The ribbon has the Hamilton Beach logo. The lid also has a silver holder for the cord.
