Meridian Boulevard Reconstruction Phase 2

Project Description

This project consists of the replacement of damaged concrete pavement on Meridian Boulevard between Belford Avenue and Jamaica Street.


Construction on this phase of Meridian Boulevard is scheduled to begin in April and be complete by the end of June.  View the project map for additional information about the project.

Why is the county replacing the pavement on Meridian Boulevard?
The concrete pavement on Meridian Boulevard has been damaged by alkali silica reaction (ASR) and chemical deicers, which are causing the concrete to disintegrate.
