The Douglas County Ballot Proposals and Election Information (TABOR Book) is mailed to each address with one or more active, registered electors residing in a precinct with a TABOR issue (tax issue) on the ballot. Electors receiving the TABOR Book may not be eligible to vote on all issues presented. Only county ballot issues (tax issues) are included in this publication, and the issues contained in the TABOR Book will only be on your ballot if you reside within that jurisdiction.

PLEASE NOTE: The Designated Election Official (DEO) for each ballot proposal is responsible for preparing the ballot issue notice for the TABOR Book and submitting it to the Office of Clerk and Recorder. The Office of Clerk and Recorder is not responsible for ballot issue language, fiscal information, or comment summaries presented and must print each ballot issue notice in the TABOR Book exactly as it is received from the DEO in accordance with the State of Colorado Constitution and the Colorado Uniform Election Code. For additional information about a ballot proposal, contact the political subdivision DEO as listed in the TABOR Book.
