These files are the complete records within the Assessor’s Office database and are designed to be used for reporting needs by the public.
The Assessor’s Office now provides public access to a large selection of common data elements for self-service reporting to meet almost any parameter you require at no cost. If the public finds a need for custom reporting that cannot be fulfilled through Advanced Search or Data Download options a custom report can be generated based on an hourly rate.
