How much do copies cost?
To avoid paying a shipping and handling charge, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your copy request. Please make sure the envelope is large enough for the number of copies requested.

  • Regular copies of documents are $.25 per page. If the document is to be certified, an additional $1 per document is charged.
  • Copies of plats and oversized documents are $1.00 for the first page and $.75 for each additional page.
  • In addition to the cost of the copies, a shipping and handling charge is assessed on all documents that are mailed.
    • Shipping and handling charges are:
      • $1 for 1-6 page documents
      • $4 for 7-61 page documents
      • $7 for 62 pages or more

Can copies be faxed or e-mailed?
Copies can be emailed or purchased online.  As a policy, we do not fax documents.

Can I order documents online?
Yes. Use Google Chrome as your browser and navigate to https://apps.douglas.co.us/LandmarkWeb

Click on the Log On in the top right-hand corner to create a new account. Then use one of the icons or one of the pre-defined searches under Quick Search. Always try to narrow down the dates you are searching for. Any results matching the search criteria entered will be displayed towards the bottom of the screen. Double click to open up the result and review the Index (images will not be displayed). Place any documents you would like copies of in the shopping cart and then check out using a credit card.

Can I pay for my copies with a credit card?
Yes, you can. There is a small convenience fee charged by the provider.

Do I have to fill out a formal copy request?
If you are requesting a copy of a DD214, a death certificate or a marriage license application you need to complete a formal application. These documents contain sensitive information and can only be provided to qualifying applicants.
