This is a list of transactions involving improved commercial parcels, that occurred in Douglas County from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2020. The list includes all commercial classifications, and is grouped by subdivision.
Commercial Sales by Neighborhood / Model
This file includes sales that occurred in Douglas County between July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2020 by neighborhood or model number. These sales were used in the mass appraisal process and includes all commercial classifications.
Commercial Vacant Land Sales
This is a list of transactions involving vacant land commercial parcels, that occurred in Douglas County from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2020.

This document contains present worth calculation information by Land Economic Area (LEA), for commercial development projects and land valuation.
Commercial Income and Market Models
A listing of Income and Market Models by model number and occupancy. The model number corresponds to the Neighborhood Number assigned to a parcel.
Commercial Cost Information by Parcel and Improvement
A readable Excel file of Property specific Cost Approach information by occupancy. Cost information is available only for properties where this approach to values was applied.
