Is your organization invested in improving the lives of those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Douglas County and looking to expand services? Consider applying for the County’s IDD Housing and Supportive Services Grant.

The purpose of this grant is to promote the development of new housing that combines safe, stable housing with ongoing, person-centered supportive services that foster independence, safety, and community inclusion for individuals with IDD.

The project funded through this grant must align with Douglas County’s goals of expanding housing stability, strengthening long-term services and supports, and improving quality of life for residents with IDD. Applicants are expected to leverage additional public, private, or philanthropic funding sources to maximize the impact of County funds and demonstrate how the proposed project is part of a broader, financially viable and sustainable investment in supportive housing.
