All Douglas County Health Department offices are moving to a single location

If you are looking for Douglas County Health Department services – such as WIC, vital records or environmental health – please be aware that beginning Monday, July 7, all services and employees will be located at 11045 E. Lansing Circle, Suite 300, in Englewood (Meridian), Colorado.

There will be no disruption to services of any kind, including Vital Records (birth and death certificates) or WIC.

For Health Department hours, contact information, and an event calendar, please visit the Douglas County Health Department’s webpage.
