Residents who are experiencing or at risk of poverty asked to take confidential survey to guide anti-poverty efforts

What resources are needed in Douglas County to help us address poverty? Your feedback is requested to help gather information as part of Douglas County’s 2025 Community Needs Assessment (CNA), a federally required process that identifies the most pressing needs facing residents experiencing poverty. The CNA plays a critical role in shaping how federal funds are invested locally.
Insights gathered through this assessment will guide the development of the Community Action Plan, which outlines strategies to improve housing stability, employment opportunities, and access to essential services.
As part of this process, you’re invited to participate in a short survey designed to capture firsthand experiences from individuals and families who are living in poverty or at risk of it.
The survey takes approximately eight minutes to complete. Participants may choose to enter a drawing for a King Soopers gift card valued between $50 and $200. All responses are confidential.
Click here to access and complete the resident survey by March 9. Thank you for your participation!
