Dine at tables adorned with fresh-cut flowers as you devour the flavors of locally raised pork belly, smoked BBQ beef brisket, Palisade peaches, heirloom tomatoes, Pueblo chiles, Olathe sweet corn and a dessert of fresh lemon pie with berry compote. This handcrafted menu will be expertly prepared by SALT Craft Meat Market, owned by Castle Rock residents who proudly serve locally sourced food that you can feel good about.
Your experience also includes the music of the Colorado Keys dueling pianos and the opportunity to browse a tailor-made farmer’s market. A limited number of tickets are available now for the premier event to be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, July 30, on the east side of the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
Tickets also include admission to the Douglas County Fairgrounds where you can enjoy hours of free entertainment including a Vintage Car Show, petting zoo, Safari Sam and the Awesome Ostrich, Top Hogs, the Exceptional Rodeo and a concert by WireWood Station.
