In observance of the New Year’s Day holiday, all Douglas County offices will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026. Offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 2, for normal business. Many County services are available 24/7 on our online services page.
Nov. 7 UPDATE: Tonight’s Open Space Advisory Committee Meeting has been canceled due to forecasted inclement weather.
The County Open Space Advisory Committee will hold a meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, in the BOCC Hearing Room, 100 Third Street, Castle Rock. Visit the COSAC page to learn how to join.
