In observance of the New Year’s Day holiday, all Douglas County offices will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026. Offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 2, for normal business. Many County services are available 24/7 on our online services page.
Douglas County is hosting its Strive to Thrive event in collaboration with the Community of Care Network. Individuals and families who are struggling are welcome to attend this Resource and Service Fair.
