In observance of the New Year’s Day holiday, all Douglas County offices will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026. Offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 2, for normal business. Many County services are available 24/7 on our online services page.
Individuals and families who are struggling are welcome to attend a Resource and Service Fair with representatives from more than 20 different organizations. Enjoy a free, hot meal and access to the following:
