Published Notices for Upcoming Land Use Meetings and Hearings

The following notices were required to be published in a local newspaper, or otherwise provided on the County’s website, in accordance with the Douglas County Zoning or Subdivision Resolution for specific types of land use applications.  They are repeated here as a courtesy to the public.  Further information on any of these land use proposals can be found at PRO – Project Records Online and searching by the Project Number or by calling the Planning Services office at 303-660-7460.


NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION

File No., Name: US2019-006, 9009 Clydesdale Road (CONTINUED TO MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2020, AT 6 p.m.)

A public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission on Monday, March 23, 2020, at 6 p.m., in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, CO, for approval of a use by special review for a church in the Agricultural One (A1) zone district.
