File No./Name: MI2020-006/Tallman Gulch Development Agreement
A public hearing will be held on October 27, 2020, at 2:30 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, Co, concerning a Development Agreement thereby vesting property rights. The Development Agreement establishes vested property rights in the Rural Residential zoning district, the final plat, and the replat, for a period of ten years, for Tallman Gulch.
