This agenda item was continued from the October 8, 2019 public hearing to the Tuesday, October 15, 2019 public hearing at 2:30 p.m. before the Board of County Commissioners in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, CO; to consider a Major Amendment to the Reata South Development Plan to establish Planning Area (PA)-13 for 56 units, expand PA–1 for 11 units, and reduce PA-2 by 1 unit. Reduction of a portion of Open Space-A and a shift in the alignment of proposed Stroh Road as shown on the Planned Development Map is requested. Permitted Uses and Development Standards for PA-13; as well as modification of Developer Commitments is requested. The subject property is located east of Parker Road, south and east of the Butterfield Subdivision, and north of Preservation Trail in the Colorado Golf Club.
