NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION

File No., Name:  SB2018-058, Castle Pines Village Preliminary Plan No. 41

A public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission on Monday, April 15, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, CO, for approval of a preliminary plan within the Castle Pines Village Planned Development located at the intersection of Country Club Drive and Cliffgate Lane.  For more information, please call Douglas County Planning Services at 303-660-7460.

A public hearing will be held on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. before the Planning Commission in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, CO, to consider a major amendment to the Pinery Development Plan. A public hearing will be held Monday, March 18, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. before the Planning Commission in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Third St., Castle Rock, CO; to consider a Major Amendment to the Reata South Development Plan for Planning Area–10, a Portion of Open-Space-A, and the Planned Development Map, including establishment of Planning Area-12, Equestrian Facility boundaries and revisions to Planning Area-10 and Open Space-A boundaries; as well as Permitted Uses and Development Standards for Planning Area-10, Open Space-A and Planning Area-12 to permit residential dwelling units in Planning Area-10, and an Equestrian Facility in Planning Area-12; as well as modification of Developer Commitments and Planned Development General Requirements.  The subject property is located west of Betts Ranch Road, north and east of The Pinery and south of Colorado Golf Club.  Generally northwest of the intersection of Betts Ranch Road and Sun Ridge Hollow Road.
