Your Douglas County Health Department wants to better understand what you know, think, and experience when it comes to nicotine, vaping, and tobacco.
Whether you’ve used these products, been impacted by them, or simply want to help guide community health initiatives, your perspective matters. We invite you to share your thoughts and experiences through a community survey by March 31.
The survey is open to participants of all ages and is designed to be quick and easy to complete online —just 15 questions that take about three to four minutes. To reach as many community members as possible, the survey is available in English, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Chinese, and German.
At the end of the survey, participants can choose to receive helpful resources and information related to nicotine, vaping, and tobacco by email. This optional follow-up ensures that anyone seeking additional education or support can easily access it.
The survey is open now and will remain available through March 31. We encourage community members to share the survey with friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to help ensure voices from across Douglas County are heard.
