Noxious weeds are a part of the Colorado landscape, but how do you control them to protect the land they infest, preserve native plants, turf and agricultural crops?

Learn more about the different types of noxious weeds, proper herbicide application techniques and the safe use of pesticides at the County’s Noxious Weed Education Workshop April 24, from 9 a.m. – noon.

The workshop will be livestreamed — you may watch on Youtube or if you would like to ask your questions during the event, participate remotely via WebEx.

Specialists from Alligare, Colorado State University Extension, Colorado Department of Agriculture and Douglas County Weed Control will share information on a variety of topics.
