Are you still raking and bagging fallen leaves? Due to the unusually mild fall weather, Douglas County has added additional weekend hours to its free leaf drop-off site.

Leaves may be dropped from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, at 1400 Caprice Drive in Castle Rock. Leaves may be transported in bags, but only paper bags can be left on site.

Please note, the County’s slash-mulch site is closed for the season, so no material other than leaves will be accepted at the drop-off site. Visit our webpage for more information.
