- US 85 / Daniels Park Rd Intersection Traffic Signal (CDOT is managing this project)
Traffic impacts: Construction will occur from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday starting in March 2024. Construction is anticipated to be completed and the traffic signal fully operational before July 1, 2024. View more information about the project. For further information, please contact Josh Breedlove, CDOT [email protected] - Motorists should prepare for delays when traveling on CO 67 southwest of Sedalia this Sunday and Monday nights. The Colorado Department Transportation is making critical maintenance improvements to the roadway requiring the closure of CO 67 (Jarre Canyon) between Mile Markers 121.5 and 122.4 overnight from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday, June 28, and Monday, June 29. During the closure, every hour on the hour, crews will let traffic come through. Flaggers will be in place to let emergency responders through if necessary.

Construction Notification for Drainage Improvements on County Line and Quebec Street
The Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority (SEMSWA) in partnership with the City of Lone Tree and Douglas County is working with L&M Enterprises Inc. to replace the deteriorated 15” corrugated metal storm sewer that runs north south across County Line Road at Quebec Street with a new 15” reinforced concrete pipe. The existing pipe has severely degraded and poses a risk to County Line Road.
Construction is scheduled to begin Sept. 3 and last through Sept. 17. During construction periodic lane closures and lane shifts on County Line Road and Quebec Street should be expected. Every effort will be made to minimize impacts to traffic, however there may be some delays to traffic on both County Line Road and/or Quebec Street. Message Boards will be placed at the intersection in advance of the work. Use of alternative routes is highly encouraged to minimize delays. Please see the exhibit below.

Roxborough Park Rd Construction
There will be a closure on Roxborough Park Road for one year (through March 2025) between Waterton Road and Titan Road. This work involves scrapers and haul trucks traveling from east to west on Roxborough Park Road, creating stockpile placement for filing 7A in Sterling Ranch. A Traffic Control plan is in place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. No Saturday work is planned. For further information, please contact John Juranek at [email protected]
Traffic Striping

2024 Chip Seal Pilot Project
Chip sealing begins May 2024 with minimal traffic impacts anticipated along project routes which include Roundup Road, Stallion Circle, Black Forest Drive, Tenderfoot Trail, Whispering Pines Drive, and Bonanza Road. For further information, contact Keith Burke at [email protected]
Omega Circle Drainage Repair in Acres Green
Starting on June 3, 2024: Omega Circle Drainage Repair Project will begin and is anticipated to last for 90 days. Omega Circle will be closed starting June 3 between 13647 & 13654 Omega Circle for this duration. No through traffic will be allowed. The work will include removing and replacing the existing storm sewer inlet and storm sewer system between them with a defined overflow path.For further information, please contact Debbie Kula at [email protected]
