Regional Opioid Settlement Funding

Regional Opioid Council Members and Meeting Information

The Memorandum of Understanding required each region to create a “Regional Council” to help distribute these funds toward appropriate uses, including drug treatment; recovery; prevention and education; and appropriate harm reduction programs. Per the requirements of the Colorado MOU, this council will develop a two-year plan that identifies how the Opioid Funds will be used.
