If you drive through University/Lincoln and Quebec in Highlands Ranch, please expect extended delays, new traffic patterns through the work zone, and crews on foot for the following work activities this week.
- 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12 and Friday, Oct. 13 – Expect extended delays of 10 or more minutes for striping operations for phase 3 work. One through lane of traffic will remain open during these operations.
- Beginning as early as Thursday, Oct. 12, and lasting through November, one left-turn lane on eastbound University to northbound Quebec will be open. Extended delays are expected during the morning and evening school rush so please plan ahead.
- 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14 – Crews will prepare the road for concrete paving on northbound Quebec. Two through lanes will be available for drivers – watch for crews.
As construction continues, drivers may consider an alternative route to bypass construction at this intersection. Possible alternative routes include Wildcat Reserve Parkway, McArthur Ranch Road, Park Meadows Drive, Cresthill Lane and C-470. If you choose to use an alternate route, please abide by the posted speed limits and give yourself plenty of time to get to your destination.
