Applications for On-site Wastewater Treatment System Professionals

Professionals must obtain a license to install and clean OWTS systems:

Required Training

All OWTS designers, soil evaluators, installers, inspectors, operation and maintenance providers, and pumpers are required to take the National Association of Wastewater Technicians (NAWT) training course for their discipline. The Colorado Professionals in Onsite Wastewater provide training and resources.
