Under Construction

Construction started on December 8, 2025, and is anticipated to be completed by March 8, 2026. See ‘Schedule Section’ below for construction impact.
A new roundabout is being constructed at the intersection of Waterton Road and Eagle River Street.
Phase 1 – Traffic on Waterton Road will be reduced to one lane each direction and shifted north while the south side of the new roundabout is constructed. The speed limit will be reduced to 30 mph through the construction zone. Eagle River Street south of the intersection will be closed with a signed detour route. Phase 1 should be completed in mid-February.
Phase 2 – Traffic on Waterton Road will continue in one lane each direction and shifted south while the north side of the new roundabout is constructed. The speed limit will remain reduced to 30 mph through the construction zone and Eagle Rive Street will be closed north of the intersection. Phase 2 should be completed before April 8, 2025.
